You can try XF86Config or Xconfigurator to reconfigure your X setup, but
I remember having problems getting RH9 to recognize a couple of video cards.
My advice would be to shop one of the computer fairs listed from
www.marketproshows.com
Go get an old $5 s3virge card or something else old and generic, plug that into your PC, and redo your install
