[CALUG] Let's Advocate Open-Source to the HCPSS Technology Advisory Committee

A datapoint you may want to include:  Ron Swift and myself are working
with Tas Computers in Catonsville to build $399 PC's with Linux
preloaded (using Ubuntu's Kubuntu).  If HCPSS needs newer PC's, but
the cost is an issue, this may help sway them.
