Not according to thier filesystem chart:

Also, if you're used to fdisk be warned that parted's interface and
functionality is somewhat different and can easily give you fits.  If
it weren't for the fact that my IA-64 systems require parted for their
GPT/EFI partitioning, I'd never touch it again.
