[CALUG] Open-source CMS

The open source version of Mambo is now called Joomla. Unfortunatly, Mambo =
 itself went proprietary :( and those that didn't feel this was right, fork=
ed. I use Joomla for my personal site, and I like it a lot. It's got a grea=
t administrative back end that works well for both newcomers and PHP script=
-wizards.
